Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Products returned after the 7-day return window
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within the 7-day period. Once your request is approved:
- You will receive return instructions
- The product must be shipped back within 5 days of approval
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
- Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
